We’re Chris and Tina—a family team building long-term value through UK homes. We flipped our first place in 2004 and still keep the same discipline: buy well, refurb fast, sell cleanly.
Chris served eight years in the U.S. Navy, six as a Navy SEAL. Tina ran a successful UK dental practice; we sold it before moving full-time into property.
We focus on practical, good-bones houses across the UK. Our hands-on approach keeps projects moving quickly and cleanly.
